Ingredients
200g short grain rice
500ml water
10ml honey, or to taste

225ml milk
20g butter

Method
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- Bring all the water to the boil and stir in the rice, then cook without stirring for 10 minutes, or until water has evaporated.
- Add salt and sugar to taste. Stir in milk and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Take off the heat, stir in the butter and stand for 1 or 2 minutes before serving.
