60g Dates (or any other dried fruit which can also be pre-soaked for a smoother blend)
460g raspberries
230g frozen Mango (or 1 small mango skinned & seed removed)
Add and blend ingredients in the order shown.
Suggestions
Instead of dates try figs or another dried fruit, particularly if it can be soaked.
