Ingredients:
# 125g (4¼ oz) plain chocolate
# 175g (6 oz) butter
# 400g (14 oz) caster sugar
# 3 eggs
# 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
# 125g (4¼ oz) plain flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4.
2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
3. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour.
4. Spread in greased 23x33cm (9x13 in) baking tin. Bake for 35 minutes (do not overbake).
