Do we have the right to our own beliefs, opinions and views no matter how ludicrous they may be in regard to reality? (Yes, some of our beliefs will be ludicrous, even if they seem rational to us)
We live in a world were other may or may not share our beliefs, views, and lifestyle. We can be correct or wrong in our choices depending on who we meet, or interact with, someone may think animal sacrifice, drug use, or sexual liberation is the correct choice, others may think harmlessness to all beings, abstinence from any stimulant, and celibacy is the right way to go about life, yet other choose a middle way. Some may express themselves by swearing, others by using silly words or just expressing themselves in a personal way, it is their choice, and ours should not be forced upon them!
Like it or not we all offend someone, we all have stupid habits, extreme views, and quirks which are not to everyone’s liking. It could be suggested that we offend ourselves by being hypocritical at times, but we have the right to say this is me, my beliefs, my expression.
Some thing's in life are stupid, and need pointing out to people, one of these things is violence, but pointing out the stupidity of it with any form of violence is just as - if not more so - stupid. Just as saying I love everyone, then talk about people in a negative way by talking about their actions of body, speech and mind as if these actions are the person. The actions may be negative but is the person? Or is it just the person doing unskilled things?
