Recently my hours of work have improved, which is good, I can save up for what I would like to do, however this comes at a price, an investment in the work, more than when it was only a few hours, now the amount I am willing to do is not the same even if the job is, how much help others are likely to receive is less than before. there is not as much opportunity to spend time in nature, taking inspiration from the elements, so fleeting scenes of nature are the course of the day, and a beakon of light at times.
Being a cleaner is both rewarding & challenging, the difference between how a place is before and after can be very different, one can see a job well done, however its challenge is keeping consistence, particularly in minute details, not overburdening collegues with a job you don't like, one needs to be fair, helpful, and have an ability to both listen and communicate.
but like every job we do not get allong with all our collegues, and running to the boss like a tattle tale school child is not always the option to take or the appropriate thing to do, sometimes for different reasons.
